Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and develop a warehousing operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will take full responsibility for warehouse performance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service across all product movements.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock control, and internal distribution

* Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver against KPIs and service targets

* Drive operational efficiency, including layout optimisation and lean practices

* Manage stock accuracy, availability, and reporting in collaboration with wider teams

* Ensure compliance with all QHSE, legal, and company standards

* Control departmental budgets and resources in line with business needs

* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability

The Candidate

* Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role

* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics

* A confident people leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams

* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs

* Knowledge of health & safety and compliance within a warehouse environment

* Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
