My client is seeking a detail-oriented Stock & Returns Administrator to manage inventory accuracy and oversee the end-to-end returns process.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Customer Care, Operations, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Finance, to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate stock records across systems and warehouse reports
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
Conduct regular reconciliations and stock counts with fulfilment partners
Support inventory reporting, stock adjustments, and month-end processes
Manage the operational returns process, ensuring accurate inspection and timely restocking
Monitor return volumes, reasons, and performance, identifying improvements
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative approach with strong organisational skills
Experience in ecommerce or retail environments
Familiarity with inventory/WMS/ERP systems
