Duties:
* Conduct a full range of mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and vehicle servicing
* Provide expert technical advice, ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Travel to various customer locations within the Merseyside area
* Maintain vehicle safety and roadworthiness standards
* Keep accurate records of work completed, including parts used
* Support ongoing professional development, especially in electric vehicle systems
* Ensure timely completion of all repair and maintenance tasks to company standards
* Liaise effectively with customers and team members to foster excellent service
Requirements for the Mobile Vehicle Technician position:
* Full valid UK driving licence
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Technology, City & Guilds or equivalent
* Relevant automotive experience, ideally with experience working on Ford models or similar
* Ability to carry out mechanical repairs and diagnostics confidently
* Own tools and equipment suitable for vehicle repairs
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Flexible and willing to travel across different locations within the Merseyside area
