A leading Engineering company in Gloucester is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse storage and distribution activities.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:
* Daily operational activities including goods in, storage, picking, packing and goods out.
* Maintaining accurate stock inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods
* Working closely with planning, production and purchasing teams to ensure stock / material availability.
* Incoming goods quality, quantity and condition.
* Planning and managing dispatch of finished products and parts.
* Coordinating transport
The ideal Warehouse Manager will have:
* A background in warehouse management
* Experience with distribution
* Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems
* Experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment
