Location: Dartford or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £55,000 - £70,000 + performance related bonus circa £5k EOY & standard benefits package
The role of the Façade Designer / Draughtsman – Rainscreen Cladding & Facades will involve:
* Façade Designer / Draughtsman position within the rainscreen cladding, curtain walling & facades sector
* All of your time will be spent producing technical designs & drawings for projects in both the new build and refurbishment sector
* You’re initial focus will be on a newly won re-clad project on a block of 5 flats
* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
* Carrying out site surveys as and when required
* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Façade Designer / Draughtsman – Rainscreen Cladding & Facades with:
* Must have be a facades designer / draughtsman currently within the facades sector
* Must have knowledge of rainscreen cladding & curtain walling systems
* Ideally have an understanding of bluebeam software package
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
