Key responsibilities:
* Carry out high-quality panel repairs, including stripping, repairing, and refitting damaged vehicles
* Use a variety of tools and techniques to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Carry out jig work and structural repairs where required
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
* Work closely with the workshop team to maintain smooth workflow
* Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
* Strong knowledge of repair techniques and vehicle structures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality of work
* ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence
