Location: Covering the M25 (West London preferred)
Pay Rate: £23 per hour (CIS) (Must have own Van)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role:
H&H Maintenance are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Carpenter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves working across various student accommodation sites within the M25, with the majority of work based in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of carpentry work to a high standard
Completing minor plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting tasks
General maintenance and repair work within student accommodation properties
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely
Maintaining a professional attitude when working on-siteRequirements:
Strong carpentry background (essential)
Ability to carry out basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting
Previous experience in maintenance or similar environments preferred
Own van and tools (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyWhat We Offer:
