Hgv 2 DAy Driver

We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Multi drop day drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle to deliver bakery products efficiently and safely across designated routes to open stores.This role offers an excellent temp to perm opportunity for individuals with a background in driving HGV Class 2 (C) vehicles. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety.
Duties
* Safely operate a HGV Class 2 (C) lorry in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
* Multi drop delivereis of bakery products to various shops, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs
* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
* Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations.
Qualifications
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving license with a clean driving record
* New Passes welcome
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members
* Knowledge of health and safety standards
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability
Monday to Friday with starts ranging from 04:00-08:00
