Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 5:00pm – 9:30pm
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Evening Campus Support Officer to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-run campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate fire evacuations and respond to on-site incidents
Provide first aid support when required
Welcome and assist students, staff, and visitors
Manage enquiries and deliver high standards of customer service
Oversee evening Estates staff and support day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with College policies and procedures
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and administrative tasks
Confident handling challenging situations or individuals
Experience supporting or supervising others
Strong communication and organisational skills
