We are seeking a proactive and versatile Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business at their Bicester site. This is a hands-on and varied role within the warehouse, offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders within required timeframes
* Work closely with team leaders to meet daily production and dispatch targets
* Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards promptly
* Adapt to changing order requirements and resolve queries efficiently
* Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient shipment schedules
* Assist with stock control, including stock checks and replenishment
* Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment
About the Warehouse Operative, what you need;
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
* Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Forklift training will be provided
