What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced Pizza or QSR kitchen.
* Food Hygiene Certificate and a full, clean UK driving licence.
* Strong leadership skills to support a high-pressure environment.
* General IT skills for ordering and admin tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily cooking and service, maintaining recipe standards.
* Manage HACCP paperwork and assist with staff scheduling.
* Support menu innovation alongside the Head Chef.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and allergen standards.
