Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently manage the movement of plant and vehicles on-site.
Ensure that all plant and vehicles are properly marshalled in accordance with site safety protocols and operational needs.
Work closely with site teams to maintain smooth traffic flow and reduce risks.
Oversee the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report any issues or hazards to site management immediately.
Requirements:
CPCS or NPORS certification (essential).
Previous experience in a similar Plant and Vehicle Marshaller role.
Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively on-site.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high safety standards.
