Key Requirements:
Valid EUSR (Persons) Competent Person certification
NSI6 and NSI8 qualifications (essential)
Proven experience as a Competent Person within a civil engineering / utilities environment
Strong civil engineering background (essential)
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry regulations
Ability to provide clear on-site leadership and support to teams
Excellent communication and organisational skillsKey Responsibilities:
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety procedures on site
Oversee and enforce correct site management practices
Support the implementation of safe systems of work (SSOW)
Liaise effectively with site management to ensure smooth project delivery
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with work activities
