Our client, a reputable automotive accident repair centre in the Andover region, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Bodyshop Advisor to join their team. Duties:
* Welcoming customers professionally as part of the responsibilities of the Bodyshop Advisor position
* Booking vehicles for accident and cosmetic repairs, ensuring efficient scheduling
* Liaising with the Bodyshop Manager to track vehicle progress, providing regular updates
* Delivering exceptional customer service, including arranging onward travel and vehicle handovers, performing duties
* Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers in the capacity
* Updating product knowledge through manufacturer-led training and promoting relevant services
* Managing administrative tasks and maintaining a tidy workshop environment
Requirements:
* Strong experience in a customer-focused position in the automotive industry, preferably within accident or body shop repair environments
* Excellent organisational and communication skills essential for a Bodyshop Advisor
* IT literacy with the ability to handle administration and scheduling systems effectively
* A proactive, friendly attitude dedicated to providing outstanding customer service as a Bodyshop Advisor
* Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism
