Residential Childcare Worker – Full Time ✨
💰 Salary: £30,900–£34,300 DOE
⏰ Hours: Avg. 40 hrs/week (3week rota)
😴 Sleepins: £65 each (5–8 per month)

📍 Location
Taunton.
Easy commute from Exeter, Tiverton, Taunton (approx. 30–35 mins).
🚗 Driving licence + own transport required.
💼 What You’ll Do
Create a safe, stable, nurturing home environment
Support daily routines, education, activities & emotional wellbeing
Use traumainformed approaches
Work a 24/7 rota including weekends, bank holidays & sleepins
Pattern:
8–10 shifts per month
Shifts start 10:00am
5–8 sleepins per month
Long weekend off every 3rd week (Fri–Mon) 🙌
✨ You’ll Need
Full UK Manual Licence
12 months’ residential childcare experience
Strong written & IT skills
Calm, reliable, teamfocused
Bonus: Level 3/4 Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards – fully funded) 🎓
