Rotherwood Education are working closely with a secondary school in Burnley in assisting them with the recruitment of a School Receptionist. The role is full time, 8:30-3:30pm per day. You will be required to start immediately on a ongoing placement.
Duties and Responsibilities of the School Receptionist:
* Previous experience using Arbor/ SIMS software system
* Managing visitors security/sign ins
* Overseeing student absence
* Provide general administrative support
* Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
The Successful School Receptionist will:
* Need to be highly organised
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Act as a welcoming, professional 'face' of the school
* Have previous school receptionist/administration experience
* Have proficient computer skills including experience with SIMS
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
