Description:
We are seeking to recruit a Personal Advisor (PA) to work within the Care Leavers Service in Cared for Children.

The role is to support young people who are leaving care

PAs work with the young people and offer support to these young people around many areas of their lives:

Health and Emotional Well-being. GP, Dental and Optical
*
Identity: Ethnicity, religion, self-care and presentation.
*
Family and social
*
Finances: Budgeting and practical skills
*
Accommodation
*
UASC
Applicants must have experience of working with young people/young adults around and knowledge of the legislation around Care for Children and Care leavers.
Acting as an advocate on behalf of care leavers to ensure their needs are met

£18.00 - £22.00 per hour
