The Role: Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology
As Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology, you will:
Lead the strategic development of the Design & Technology curriculum
Drive outstanding teaching and learning as a Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology across all key stages
Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, modelling exceptional classroom practice
Deliver high-quality CPD as a Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology, supporting whole-school improvement
Work with the teaching and learning team to embed evidence-informed practice
Ensure that all students, regardless of background, achieve highly in Design & TechnologyThis Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology role is central to the continued success as one of the highest-performing schools in the borough-and among the best in the country.

The successful Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background
