My Client is Looking for experienced BMS Estimator to join their established team based in London.
The company
They are a well-established BMS engineering provider based in London. They have Been Running for over 20 years and have gained an excellent reputation within the Maintenance and Commercial fit out Market.
Their clients include Global managing agents, Offices, government and Royal buildings as well as Multi Commercial spaces. Their BMS contracts range on average from £20k - £550k
Due to continuous growth they are now in search of an BMS Estimator
Salary Package:
£40,000 - £65,000

Estimators Duties :
Submission of BMS Tenders
Working for invitations to tender, not BD required and all warm leads from existing clients.
Ensuring all deadlines are met
Liaising with clients & contractors
Variations & Procurement
Finalise tender bids
Secure contracts ready for handover to the Maintenance Team
Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations
Understand price points and have out sourced clients for parts
Be able to use estimation software
Present BID and no BID proposals to the directors
BMS estimators requirements:
Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and portfolio
Strong communication skills
Experience working within an BMS Contractor / building services
Mechanical or Electrical qualified but strong all round BMS & Controls estimating Knowledge
Have previous estimating experience
