What you’ll do as Sales Engineer:

* Manage and expand relationships with HVAC merchants and installers across Leinster

* Drive new business growth and account management with a multi-million-euro sales budget

* Present and sell HVAC products (heat pumps) that solve real customer challenges

* Convert provided leads while actively generating your own

* Report insights and results to senior management, shaping strategy

What we’re looking for in a as Sales Engineer:

* HVAC sales experience and technical knowledge

* Confidence in consultative, one-to-one sales conversations

* Strong relationship-building and commercial focus

* Organised, proactive, and results-driven

* Excellent communicator and team player
