What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups
Helping with learning activities and extra support sessions
Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment
Gaining experience across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and supporting pupils with ALN
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with children (ALN experience is a bonus)
A patient, caring, and positive attitude
No formal qualifications? That’s absolutely fine, transferable skills and experience are welcome!
