Early and Late shift Rotating
Experienced Production Operatives ideally with experience within the food industry urgently required for a specialist food manufacturer based in Winchester, We are looking for operatives who are experienced with documentation, using computer systems, calculations of ingredients and sell by/ use by dates.
This role will be working on a weekly rotational shift of Earlies 6am - 2:30pm and Lates 2pm- 10:30pm.
Ensure all Production and BRC procedures are followed
Report any Production issues to the Dairy Manager
following the recipes provided
Sanitise low care area prior to production;
Clean the area and all equipment after production,
Advise management when stocks of raw materials are running low;
inform Management when any health, safety or other production incidents may have occurred
Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings.
