We’re looking for a hands-on, high-performing Branch Manager or a proven Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up who still loves the buzz of winning business and closing deals.
This is a role for a doer who leads by example, not from behind a desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading from the front with consistent new business wins
* Running your own billing desk (temp/perm) alongside managing the team
* Building strong, long-term client relationships across the region
* Coaching and developing consultants to improve performance
* Creating a high-energy, success-driven culture
* Driving branch growth, profitability, and market presence
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Branch Manager experience or a top-performing Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up
* A strong track record in recruitment sales and billing
* Someone who still enjoys being on the tools and closing deals and building meaningful and long term relationships
* Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of margin and growth
