The Role – History Teacher

* Teach History across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)

* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that inspire a love of History

* Plan and assess in line with national curriculum and exam board requirements

* Contribute to the wider Humanities department and enrichment opportunities

* Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching History in secondary schools

* Strong subject knowledge across key historical periods and themes

* Ability to engage and challenge students of all abilities

* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
