Day shift, Monday to Friday Hours

Join a well‑established LED and lighting manufacturing business in our largest department, where we electrically assemble high‑quality light fittings. We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives / Electrical Assemblers / Production Operatives to support increasing demand across the Assembly team.
The Role
* Electrical assembly and wiring of lighting products
* Reading and working from electrical drawings and build instructions
* Using hand tools and basic electrical assembly equipment
* Conducting product testing and quality checks
* Maintaining excellent Health & Safety, housekeeping and 6S standards
* Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in electrical assembly, production, manufacturing, or similar environments
* Ability to read basic electrical drawings (or willingness to learn)
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* IT literate, with good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable: Experience in lighting assembly, electronics, wiring, or testing.
