Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement phonics sessions and activities that are aligned with curriculum standards and best practices.
* Provide small-group or one-to-one phonics sessions to learners who need additional support or intervention.
* Assist with assessing and monitoring students’ phonics skills through informal observations and formal assessments.
* Provide feedback to teachers on learners’ progress in phonics and collaborate with the team to develop strategies to address individual student needs. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to develop their phonics skills.
* The school follows the Read Write Inc (RWI) phonics scheme so experience with the scheme would be highly desirable.
