You’ll work side-by-side with the Director and take whole ownership of a team of 4, steering the ship towards target and conversely, into daily action.
What you’ll need
Ideally, you’ll need experience leading a team in a Supervisory or Management role in a Main Dealership or Independent Garage
Experience training, motivating and leading others towards goals/targets in the Motor Trade
A driving license
