Ongoing training and development opportunitiesDuties:
Carrying out a variety of bodyshop repairs, including panel, paint, and electrical work
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults within vehicle systems
Ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards and are completed within specified timeframes
Maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment in line with health and safety regulations
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Offering excellent customer service through quality workmanship as a Bodyshop Technician
Assisting with vehicle assessments and providing accurate repair estimates where necessaryRequirements:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with skills in MET, Panel, or Paintwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good organisational and time-management skills
Flexibility to undertake occasional overtime, including Saturdays
Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
