Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum

The Company:
A growing Bristol based company specialises in packaging machinery, including carton sleeving and other packaging solutions. With customers across the UK and Europe it’s an exciting time to join a company leading the way in innovative packaging.
The Role:
As a Mechanical Fitter / Service Engineer, you will work within the workshop to assemble, build, test and commission a range of flexible packaging machinery.
Assembly and build of new machines and sub-assemblies
Mechanical installation, including pneumatics
Testing and setting up customer products prior to on-site commissioning
Supporting on-site commissioning where required
The Service Engineer:
We are looking for a mechanically skilled professional who can work independently, problem-solve and use their initiative.
Relevant mechanical engineering skills, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in mechanical assembly, build, or engineering
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
