Stripping, repairing, and refitting vehicle panels to a high standard
Assessing damage and preparing accurate repair estimates
Carrying out repairs in line with industry safety standards
Working efficiently within deadlines to complete repairs
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
Communicating clearly with colleagues and clients about repair progressRequirements:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a busy workshop environment
NVQ Level 3 or ATA accreditation is essential
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship expected
Good understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
