Vacancy-Quality Manager

Hours of work-Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm

Salary up to £41,(Apply online only) D.O.E

Our ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Quality Management systems, with knowledge of ISO9001/ IATF16949/AS9100, and experience of metal finishing processes
In your role as Quality Manager:

You will be responsible for Quality management on the shop floor
Internal auditing
Maintenance of QMS
To provide support and guidance in relation to quality management and assurance for site.
Ensuring continuous site quality conformity in relation to the products processes.
To ensure site complies with the requirements of ISO9001/IATF16949/AS9100 Quality management systems, ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems, along with any customer specific requirements specified.
Arranging and Management of external audit activity for customers.
Managing the Quality Department – Maintaining HR files, new starter inductions & including training. Supervising Quality inspectors
Arranging and controlling internal & external equipment, calibration.
Maintenance of controlled documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, SOP’s & care points
Managing APQP activities, including producing PPAP’s when required.
To be considered for the role of Quality Manager:

Experience in a similar management role
Experience of metal finishing processes
Familiarisation of Core tool: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC
Able to work under pressure and use initiative to get tasks completed.
Ability to communicate well
Ability to execute internal audit activity
Current driving Licence holder.
