Rate:
£42.11 per hour inside / Umbrella
The role:
Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, SmartView, FRC and related tools
Write and optimize **SQL and PL/SQL** queries, procedures, and packages for reporting purposes
Gather and analyse business requirements to translate them into technical reporting solutions
Develop complex data models and report layouts based on business needs
Ensure report accuracy, data consistency, and compliance with business rules
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Hands-on experience with Oracle Reporting tools, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics or relevant reporting tools (essential)
Solid understanding of Oracle ERP database architecture
Experience with joins, subqueries, analytic functions, and performance tuning
Knowledge of XML, RTF templates, and report formatting (for BI Publisher)
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud deployments
3-6+ years of experience in Oracle reporting or related development roles
Experience in enterprise or ERP-based reporting environments preferred
