We're looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to support all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse related work and ideally have used Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) previously. This is predominately a manual warehouse role with limited FLT driving (10%) and will involve some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:
Picking and packing orders
Hand balling/manually unloading deliveries
Producing paperwork and dispatch labels
Liaise with transport companies ensuring daily collection targets are met.
Picking & packing orders for despatch ensuring a high level of accuracy using hand held scanners.
Manage stock and prepare transfers for loading goods on to delivery vehicles.
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand or with MHE.
Ability to move between departments production/bulk/Ecommerce.Key Skills for a Warehouse Operative:
WMS (Warehouse management systems) experience
Strong communication skills & team player.
Organised, pro-active & positive attitude.Additional Info:
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.30pm 8.00am-2.45pm on Friday
Salary: £27,200 per annum
