An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Audio-Visual Installation Engineer to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking AV company delivering innovative solutions across London and the surrounding regions.

The Role
As an AV Installation Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning high-quality AV systems at client sites. You'll play a key role in delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring every installation looks sharp, performs flawlessly, and leaves the client impressed.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing a wide range of AV solutions including projectors, LED & LCD displays, screens, speakers, microphones, VC systems, control systems, and digital signage
Reading and working from technical drawings, schematics, and system designs
Ensuring all installations meet industry standards, health & safety, and best-practice guidelines
Working collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time
Maintaining company tools, PPE, and vehicles to a professional standard
Representing the business professionally on client sites
Taking part in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of the curveWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in AV installation (commercial environments preferred)
Strong understanding of AV signal flow and installation best practices
Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travelWhy Join?
