The role of the Roofing Supervisor – Commercial Roofing will involve:
* Roofing Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
* Deliver contracts to a high standard in line with company offers and exceed client expectations through effective communication and site management.
* Take full responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring all inspections, inductions, risk assessments, and reporting requirements are completed.
* Monitoring, inspecting and reporting on site teams to ensure quality compliance
* Regularly supervise sites to monitor quality, progress, subcontractor performance, and overall presentation, aiming for zero snags and callbacks.
* Maintain accurate records of site activity, progress, variations, and inspections using company systems.
* Support commercial and operational delivery by measuring works, managing materials and site setup, and reporting risks or issues to senior management promptly
* Working on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Roofing Supervisor – Commercial Roofing with:
* Must have pitched roofing experience
* Must have strong understanding both of health and safety and quality control
* Would consider a Roofer, Roofing Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician etc
* CSCS card
* Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
* Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license
