Plant Fitter
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Basic (DOE) plus overtime
Location: West Wickham & Surrounding areas
Roles: Mobile & Workshop positions available

Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a successful plant hire company based near West Wickham who are looking to recruit experienced Plant Fitters to join their growing team.
This is a varied and hands-on role, with opportunities to work across both workshop and mobile environments, maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, telehandlers, and small equipment/tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical repairs across a mixed fleet of plant machinery.
Perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and fault-finding to ensure machines are operational and safe.
Work across both mobile and workshop settings as required.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service schedules.
Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with industry standards.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Mechanic, or similar heavy machinery role.
Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge; electrical experience is advantageous.
Full, clean driving licence; own tools preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to mobile and workshop work.Benefits:
