kolt recruitment are looking for a Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Stockbridge, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a professional bodyshop with a strong reputation for quality repairs and high standards of workmanship. You will be responsible for repairing accident damaged vehicles and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and insurance standards.
Key Responsibilities

* Carry out panel repairs on a range of accident damaged vehicles

* Repair or replace damaged panels using the correct repair techniques

* Realign vehicle body structures and panels where required

* Use specialist body repair equipment and tools

* Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and insurance standards

* Maintain high levels of productivity and quality workmanship

* Work effectively as part of a busy workshop team

Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

* Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair methods and processes

* Experience using body repair equipment and tools

* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of work

* Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

* ATA accreditation is beneficial but not essential
