An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a well-established business operating across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.
This is a pure installation role, focused on project delivery and high-quality system installations. It does not involve servicing or breakdown work.
Role & Responsibilities
* Install air conditioning systems, including:
* Split systems
* Multi-split systems
* VRV / VRF systems
* FCU systems
* Carry out first-fix and second-fix installation works
* Install pipework, pressure test, evacuate, commission, and complete system handovers
* Install condensate drainage systems and associated electrical connections
* Work closely with contracts and project teams to deliver installations efficiently
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care
Requirements
* Located within 15 miles of Dartford / Kent area
* Full UK driving licence
* Minimum 8 years' experience in air conditioning installation
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
Essential:
* F-Gas Certification
* City & Guilds or equivalent HVAC qualifications
* CSCS card
Desirable:
* IPAF
* PASMA
* Or similar access certifications

* Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
* Overtime available
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
* Location: Field-based role covering Kent, London, and surrounding areas
