The Role

Carrying out market appraisals and valuations

Winning new instructions

Building strong relationships with local vendors

Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process

Contributing to overall branch performance
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Valuer / Lister within residential estate agency
*
Strong knowledge of the St Albans market
*
Proven track record of winning instructions
*
Confident, professional and commercially aware
*
Full UK driving licence

Basic salary £30–35k
*
Realistic OTE £60–70k
