Responsibilities:
* Lead the team, coaching engineers and raising standards
* Set direction & architecture and driving root-cause thinking for high-reliability systems
* Being a hands-on developer, whilst making the time to lead projects
Required Experience:
* Expertise in Embedded C on Linux for resource-constrained hardware and complex SoC environments.
* Experience leading a software team
