About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled plant and small Tools Fitter to join our team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. If you have experience working with small tools, enjoy hands‑on technical work, and take pride in keeping equipment safe and fully operational, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
* Repairing and maintaining a range of small tools and equipment
* Carrying out calibration work to ensure tools meet required standards
* Performing PAT testing in line with safety regulations
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
* Keeping accurate service and maintenance records
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a small tool’s fitter, technician, or similar role
* Knowledge of tool repair, calibration, and electrical safety
* PAT testing experience (qualification desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
