How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Our client is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join their engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle — from early design verification through to production support and field investigations. You will play a key role in ensuring new PCB designs meet performance, reliability, and quality expectations before and after release to manufacture.

    The Role:

+Develop and execute verification test plans for new electronic designs.
+Define test requirements to maximise PCB assembly coverage and validate against specifications.
+Design, build, and document custom test equipment for engineering and production use.
+Diagnose faults to component level across complex electronic assemblies.
+Lead structured root cause investigations for recurring or production-related failures.

    Key Skills and Experience:

+HNC (or higher) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
+Minimum 3 years’ experience within a product development and/or manufacturing environment.
+Strong ability to interpret schematics and understand functional circuit blocks.
+Experience fault-finding to component level and producing structured investigation reports (e.g., 8D or similar).
+Solid grounding in analogue, digital, embedded, and power electronics.
+Proficient with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal generators, etc.).

Join a team where your engineering expertise directly shapes the performance and reliability of advanced high-performance electronic systems used in critical infrastructure and technology applications worldwide. If you thrive on hands-on problem solving, influencing product quality from concept to production, and working in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you
