As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls.
* Manufacture complex aerospace components from technical drawings.
* Work to AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.
* Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment.
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision or aerospace engineering environment.
* Strong knowledge of Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming.
* Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings.
* Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
