About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you’ll take an active role in planning, delivering, and assessing a range of stimulating activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with a dedicated team of practitioners to ensure all children receive the best start in life.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
* Complete observations and contribute to development records
* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
* Build strong, professional relationships with parents and colleagues
* Support routines such as mealtimes, toileting, and outdoor play
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
