About the Role:
Example Recruitment Group is seeking experienced self-employed heating engineers to join a well-established national heating contractor. You will be working on a long-term service contract with a local housing association, providing landlord gas safety checks.
Key Details:
* Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
* Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week (minimum 3 days per week considered)
* Contract Length: Ongoing
* Payment Terms: Weekly, one week in arrears
* Rate: £24 per completed property

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
* Own Van and Tools
* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
* Clean DBS Check
