Senior Architectural Technician

As the projects continue to come in for this buoyant architectural consultancy in their specialism of housing they are looking to add a Senior Tech to the talented ranks'. The office was set up 12 years ago and has 20 staff members across design, planning and technical who work with a wide range of clients.

Taking control of bespoke, affordable and private housing developments 'post planning' your responsibilities will include.

- Producing construction information

- Cost control

- Overseeing the work from team members

- Working with external consultants

We would like to hear from applicants who have worked on housing projects who are proficient with AutoCAD. You should be able to run multiple projects and have a through understanding of construction legislations.
