WIth sales expected of 500+ houses in 2023 they are looking for additional expertise within their technical department.
You will oversee all the architectural and engineering activities of the project process for both land purchase and design prior to production handover.
This role will see you overseeing the work of external consultants and your be responsible for cost control whilst meeting timescales.
Its vital that you have a full understanding of the development process and have worked within a housing or multi disciplinary environment.
You must have a thorough understanding of the construction legislations and hold a recognised industry qualification within architecture or engineering. A full UK driving licence is required.
