We are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support mock exams and GCSEs across a number of secondary schools in East London. These roles are ideal for reliable, organised individuals looking for flexible work during the exam period.
Invigilators play a key role in ensuring exams run smoothly, fairly, and in line with exam board regulations.
Main duties include:

Setting up exam rooms prior to exams
*
Supervising students during exams and maintaining a calm, quiet environment
*
Ensuring exam regulations and procedures are followed at all times
*
Distributing and collecting exam papers
*
Supporting students appropriately and responding to queries in line with exam guidance
*
Reporting any incidents or irregularities to the exams officer

The ideal candidate will:

Be reliable, punctual, and professional
*
Have good attention to detail and communication skills
*
Hold a valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)

Be able to provide suitable references
*
Previous invigilation experience is beneficial but not essential
