Powertutors is seeking dedicated LSAs to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils in schools and alternative provisions, as well as through local authority commissioned tuition.
The Role
As an LSA Tutor, you will:
* Deliver personalised academic and pastoral support
* Work with pupils with SEND, SEMH, or those out of mainstream education
* Support literacy, numeracy, and core subject learning
* Build confidence and re-engage learners with education
* Provide session feedback and progress reports
Assignments may take place in schools, community settings, or at home (in line with safeguarding policies).

✅ We’re Looking For
* Experience working as an LSA or Teaching Assistant
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* A passion for helping young people succeed
