We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marine Carpenter to join us on a freelance basis at our facility in Holland. What you'll be doing:
- Interior and exterior joinery on luxury yachts and superyachts
- Custom cabinetry, panelling, and fitted furniture to client specification
- Teak decking installation, caulking, and repair
- Structural and finishing carpentry to exacting standards
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings and detailed specifications
- Collaborating closely with painters, engineers, and other trades to deliver a seamless finish
- Ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised throughout the project
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in marine or yacht carpentry, ideally on luxury or superyacht projects
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for finish quality and alignment
- Confident working with teak, hardwoods, veneers, and composite materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and work accurately from specifications
- A self-motivated professional who can manage their own time on site
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a wider team when required
- Own tools preferred
This role is based in Holland and is offered on a freelance contract basis. The accommodation allowance makes it straightforward work away for the right candidate, and we are happy to discuss start dates and project timelines ahead of an offer
